CHEC primarily functions as an informal support group. Right now, we have about 90 families in our group. We offer a network of local fellow homeschool families that share ideas, problem solve, and support one another through the day-to-day challenges of homeschooling. Typically, we do have a group of CHEC moms that host a co-op named FAITH.
We do offer a variety of other opportunities for gathering and fellowship, though, including our annual Meet-n-Greet, Moms' Monthly Meetings, Christmas Party, Annual Youth Conference, Operation Christmas Child service project, Field Day, Recognition Night, Curriculum Share/Sale, Middle School/High School Hangouts, and Annual Yearbook, among others.
